01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and goldsbet ("goldsbet", "we", "us", "the platform") regarding your use of the goldsbet website, mobile application, and all associated services. By creating a goldsbet account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the goldsbet platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

goldsbet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, goldsbet will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of goldsbet after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using goldsbet and close your account.

These Terms apply to all players accessing goldsbet from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where goldsbet services are available. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of goldsbet complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.


02 Eligibility

To register and use goldsbet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. goldsbet does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
  • You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register goldsbet accounts.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a goldsbet employee.
  • You must not be self-excluded from goldsbet or any affiliated platform.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
  • You must not be accessing goldsbet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

goldsbet may request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned minus any amounts already wagered.


03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one goldsbet account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. goldsbet uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

When registering at goldsbet, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your goldsbet username and password.
  • You must not share your goldsbet account credentials with any other person.
  • Any activity that occurs under your goldsbet account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your goldsbet account, contact support immediately at [email protected].
  • goldsbet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

goldsbet reserves the right to verify your identity at any point. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.


04 Deposits & Withdrawals

goldsbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment methods available at goldsbet are listed on the Payment page. goldsbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must belong to the registered account holder.

  • Minimum deposit: ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though goldsbet may apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion.
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
  • Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your goldsbet balance instantly under normal conditions.
  • Withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, within 1 hour for Rocket, and within 1–3 hours for bank transfers.
  • goldsbet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees — goldsbet has no control over these.

goldsbet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. In such cases, goldsbet will notify the player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

All transactions at goldsbet are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). goldsbet is not responsible for currency conversion losses if your payment provider applies conversion rates. Deposits made using funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means will be reversed and the account closed.


05 Bonuses & Promotions

goldsbet offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All goldsbet bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

  • Bonuses are available to eligible registered goldsbet players only. goldsbet determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
  • All goldsbet bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the promotional period.
  • goldsbet bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses in a systematic way to generate guaranteed profit — commonly known as bonus abuse — is prohibited.
  • goldsbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, goldsbet will provide advance notice of material changes.
  • Only one bonus may be active on a goldsbet account at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

If goldsbet determines that a player has abused a bonus — including by creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or by using a bonus in a way that circumvents the wagering requirement — goldsbet may void the bonus, void any winnings derived from it, and close the account.


06 Game Rules & Conduct

All games available at goldsbet — including Zuma Dragon, Mines Gold, Mermaid Fishing, Fishing Kui Li, Lucky Dice, High Roller, and all other titles — operate using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. The outcome of every game at goldsbet is determined by this certified RNG and cannot be influenced by goldsbet, the game provider, or the player.

Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for goldsbet games represent the theoretical long-term payout percentage as verified by independent auditors. RTP figures do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Short-term results at goldsbet may vary significantly from the published RTP.

  • Players must place bets within the minimum and maximum limits displayed for each game at goldsbet.
  • Bets placed and confirmed at goldsbet are final and cannot be reversed once the game round has commenced.
  • In the event of a game malfunction or technical error at goldsbet, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's goldsbet balance.
  • goldsbet is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side during a game session.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the goldsbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with goldsbet games or the goldsbet platform.
  • Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in goldsbet games or the goldsbet platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes at goldsbet.
  • Using goldsbet for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Registering multiple goldsbet accounts or using another person's goldsbet account.
  • Providing false identity information during goldsbet registration or KYC verification.
  • Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate goldsbet transactions through your payment provider.
  • Accessing goldsbet from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Zero Tolerance Policy

goldsbet operates a zero-tolerance policy on fraud, cheating, and money laundering. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement agencies where appropriate.


08 Responsible Gaming

goldsbet is committed to responsible gaming. The goldsbet platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available to every goldsbet account holder at no cost and can be activated at any time through account settings or by contacting goldsbet support.

  • Players who set a deposit limit at goldsbet cannot increase that limit for a minimum of 7 days after the request.
  • Players who self-exclude from goldsbet may not attempt to re-register under a different name, email address, or payment method. Doing so is a breach of these Terms.
  • goldsbet will honour self-exclusion requests as quickly as technically possible, typically within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.
  • During a self-exclusion period, goldsbet will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from being sent to the excluded player.

09 Privacy & Data

By registering at goldsbet, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. goldsbet uses your data to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations.

goldsbet uses SSL encryption across all transactions and account activity. goldsbet does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. goldsbet may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to operate the platform.


10 Intellectual Property

All content on the goldsbet platform — including but not limited to the goldsbet logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of goldsbet or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any goldsbet content without prior written permission from goldsbet.

goldsbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the goldsbet platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the goldsbet platform.


11 Limitation of Liability

goldsbet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. goldsbet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond goldsbet's reasonable control.

  • goldsbet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the goldsbet platform.
  • goldsbet's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
  • goldsbet is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension due to a Terms breach.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits goldsbet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding your goldsbet account, a transaction, or a game outcome, you should contact goldsbet support in the first instance at [email protected]. goldsbet aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days.

  • Disputes relating to specific game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game session. goldsbet will not investigate disputes raised after this period.
  • Disputes relating to transactions must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
  • goldsbet's decision on disputes, once communicated in writing, is final and binding.
  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider without first raising the matter with goldsbet support is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

goldsbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if goldsbet reasonably believes that:

  • The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
  • The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • The player's account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.
  • The player has initiated an unjustified chargeback against goldsbet.
  • Continued operation of the account poses a risk to goldsbet, other players, or third parties.

Players may close their own goldsbet account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal timeframe. Balances remaining after account closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method.


14 Amendments to These Terms

goldsbet may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, goldsbet will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the goldsbet platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using goldsbet and may request account closure by contacting support.
